I selected my second journal of set 1 because I felt it clearly showed my  imaginative side. For example, I wrote a short little story about a peaceful and relaxing night, which demonstrates more of my creative side in writing.Furthermore, one strength I had in this piece was the use of adjectives to describe  the scenery , and my main character's thoughts.For example, I  used  "extravagant", "opulent", and "starry" ehance the story's imagery. On the other hand, one weakness I had was sentence structure.For example, I felt I could have varied  my types of sentences more throughout the paragraph to help the story's rhythm. In short, I chose this piece because I felt it best demonstrated my ability to be creative with writing.
