I chose my Character Analysis Essay  because I put tremendous effort into analyzing the complex character Jack from "Lord of the Flies". In fact, I actually enjoyed developing an analysis on this character because Jack had a significant influence on the story's plot. Additionally, a strength I had in this piece was providing explanations for my points. For example, I was able effectively explain why and how Jack's personality  affected the story's  tone , mood, and plot. On ther other hand, a weakness I saw in my essay was repition of certain words. For example,I repeated the words "character  and "personality"  a number of times throughout my analysis.In brief, I selected my character analysis essay because of the amount of work I put in to creating the best analysis I could of the character Jack.
